We love our Green Gables Cottage! The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a game room in the basement. The primary bedroom is on the second level with a king bed and a primary bathroom with a claw foot bathtub. The second level also includes a loft with a desk overlooking the living area. A smaller bedroom is on the main level with a queen size bed. There’s a bathroom with a shower on the main level. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island with a granite countertop surrounded by counter stools. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
Green Gables sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
Huge 84” SmartTV in the living area with Dish and you can also stream using your logins to your favorite apps.
The basement has a massive Smart TV with a Nintendo Switch game console and several bean bags. There’s also a half bath and a washer/dryer in the basement.
Wi-Fi is available for your devices. We recently installed Trailblazer Broadband which is the best internet available in the Estes Valley.
This cottage is about 1/2 block from our main property and has loads of outdoor area to enjoy. The front porch has a porch swing and the large back deck includes a gas fire pit, outdoor table and chairs, charcoal grill and a pizza oven.
Note: garage and shed in back yard is not available to guests.
